RSI and Caffeine -- related?
TLDR: Just write your opinion, and ignore my story :) But if you want it, here it is.
I think for some people (at least myself) there's a strong connection. Not that Caffeine itself causes RSI, but in my case, consuming it has to do with wrong motives, RSI错判买卖时机 which leads down wrong paths, which causes several issues, including RSI. I think. "Wrong motives" I was off caffeine for several years, since it essentially is a psychoactive drug; I enjoy drinking coffee and tea and enjoy RSI错判买卖时机 the 'caffeine high', but it also makes me nervous, irritable. If I drink caffeinated drinks for a week or RSI错判买卖时机 RSI错判买卖时机 so daily, when I stop I get headaches for a day or two. And, I'm normally a very solid sleeper, can go to sleep or RSI错判买卖时机 wake up easily --- but in seasons of drinking coffee, it takes me longer to fall asleep, and I wake up 'too easily', conveniently ready to bounce into action, but I suspect that I don't get enough deep sleep.

And, probably less deep breaths and the healthy movements that come with deep breaths, more tense muscles. ate less (I'm kinda skinny, and tend to eat healthy stuff, so eating less was not a good thing), spent more money on unneeded stuff (coffee at home. coffee when eating out, or just passing by a cafe. consumed a lot more cow's milk, which RSI错判买卖时机 I keep hearing isn't all that good, especially for adults) .
